I work with entrepreneurs and founders who are serious about turning passion into a sustainable, high-integrity business, and about growing as leaders in the process.
Having built a globally recognised parkour and movement organisation from nothing — spanning education, certification, schools, military training, fitness, facility design, and international operations — I now share that experience with business builders across many industries.
My work is not limited to movement or sport. I support founders, creatives, educators, and leaders wherever clarity, strategy, systems, and self-mastery are required.
My experience is not theoretical. It was earned through 20+ years of building, failing, iterating, and growing real organisations across multiple countries and disciplines — covering everything from finance and operations to culture, branding, team leadership, and long-term strategy.

Coaching Calls
£250 per call
Sometimes what you need most is a trusted sounding board: someone who understands business, leadership, and growth well enough to challenge your thinking, sharpen your focus, and help you move forward decisively. Ideal for strategic clarity, honest feedback, or accountability without over-commitment.

- 45–75 minute calls

Jumpstart
£2,950
A focused one-month process for early-stage businesses that need direction, structure, and momentum. We clarify what you are building, why it matters, and how to take the first meaningful steps — properly.
Includes
- Initial assessment call
- One full day of planning and ideation covering vision, strategy, focus, values, systems, and early protocols
- One follow-up call or meeting within four weeks
Mentor
£3,950
Designed for businesses that are already operating but need course correction, recalibration, or renewed clarity. Together we review, refine, and challenge your current approach, identify blind spots, and realign the business with where you actually want it to go.
Includes
- Pre-work and research, including a 60-minute call and review of positioning, marketing, and sales
- One to two days of in-depth review, reflection, and ideation
- Two bi-weekly follow-up calls
- Review meeting after six weeks
Light Touch
£1,950 per month
For founders who are confident they are on the right track, but value external perspective, honest reflection, and ongoing refinement. Everyone benefits from coaching.
Format
- Three-month minimum
- 30-minute initial appraisal call
- Half-day, in-person business consultation
- Bi-weekly progress reports and coaching calls
- Ongoing feedback, insight, and support
Self-Mastery
£4,950 per month
Most business challenges are symptoms of deeper issues: energy, identity, boundaries, values, or misaligned goals. Self-Mastery is a deep, personal engagement focused on addressing those foundations directly. This work is demanding — and often transformative.
Includes
- Three-month minimum commitment
- 30-minute introductory call
- Two full days in person analysing lifestyle, current systems, goals, and direction
- Regular access via phone and email
- Monthly in-person progress sessions
- Three-month achievement and reflection review
The Intensive
£8,950
For individuals ready to make powerful, far-reaching changes in how they live, work, and lead. Across five immersive days, we step away from routine and engage in deep analysis, guided reflection, challenging conversations, and embodied practice. This is not comfortable work, but it is often decisive.
